Best Supporting Authority Award

Our new award is designed to recognise and reward those authorities that have best supported the campaign to encourage lasting improvements to the quality of the local environment.

Our best supporting authority award has been introduced to reward the good work of those housing associations and local authorities across the country that have committed to supporting the Big Tidy Up to help bring about positive and lasting improvements to their local area.

This very special award has been created to show our gratitude for the support of these authorities who have helped support, facilitate and, in some cases, organise tidy up events. Thanks to their efforts and commitment to our campaign, they have helped make valuable improvements to the community.

If you work for a local authority or housing association that has supported the Big Tidy Up or you are a member of the public and would like to nominate an authority for an award, we want to hear from you!

All you need to do is fill in a nomination form telling us why you think they deserve some recognition. Based on your nominations, the Big Tidy Up team will then pick the best supporting authority to take the award. Click here to download a nomination form.
